Corinne Masiero et les Vaginites Fr

On stage, Corinne Masiero and her two acolytes Audrey and Stéphanie Chamot of the group “Les Vaginites” swing. Beneath the look of a carnivalesque punk opera, the tone is uncompromising, raw, radical. They sing and shout the evils of violence against women, of which they themselves have been victims. Texts gathered in a first album. “Vaginitis”: infection of the vulva causing itching. “We chose this name because it has to scratch!” With Les Vaginites, it is to the patriarchy, but also to all sexual aggressors, to rapists, that we simply say “Shut up!”
