The Belgians of Komah stand out for their modern, aggressive and powerful metal without however denying their more groovy origins.
Their first album “Straight Line” released in 2009, will give them access to the most big Belgian festivals such as the Graspop Metal Meeting, Dour Music Fest, Brussel Summer Fest, Durbuy Rock, Antwerp Metal Fest and many others … will follow several European tours with the legendary American metalcore band “Pro-Pain”.
KomaH self-exports very well. The tours follow one another and bring them a lot experience, visibility and credibility outside our Belgian borders.
Fall 2012, KomaH takes it to the next level with the release of “Between Vice and Virtue ” recorded and mixed by Charles Deschutter at Rec’N’Roll Studio (BXL). The groove is still there, but the rage inside compositions immediately conquered the most discerning audiophile audience. Add to that the support of Gary Meskill and Adam Phillips – respectively singer and guitarist of Pro-Pain who both appear on this 2nd album and you have a most explosive metal cocktail!
It’s no surprise that KomaH’s third installment “Flashing Nightmare” is based on the following concept: nature responds without forgiveness to the multiple abuses perpetrated by humans on their planet. Hurricanes, tsunamis, epidemics, nuclear disasters and earthquakes but also its enraged guitar riffs, a monstrous wave of drums and ubiquitous voices will attack you where it hurts! This is “Flashing Nightmare”, KomaH’s third album.
2016 will be the year for KomaH to establish itself in the audio-visual world with 2 titles of the last album (walking ghosts / flashing nightmare) both presents on the Soundtrack of the series “ENNEMI PUBLIC” broadcast in prime-time in 27 countries across the world with millions of viewers. A great opportunity that allows them to have more and more “public” media exposure.
